Asparagus peeling machine
The TENRIT SOLO A is a class of its own amongst the asparagus peelers and more than 1,000 units are in operation. The machine peels every type of asparagus and provides optimal peeling results.
The asparagus is fed into the machine via a feed table and more than 20 pendulous transport roller pairs move it gently through the machine. The movement of the asparagus during peeling is minimized thanks to many small transport rollers that are in close contact with the asparagus. This leads to a perfect peeling result. The asparagus is peeled at 8 peelings stations by a total of 16 blades. The peeling stations are positioned in such a manner that the asparagus is completely peeled during its movement through the machine. The transport system and peeling stations are able to optimally adapt their form to the asparagus to guarantee a perfect and reliable peeling result - even with bowed stems.
The machine can be easily controlled using a membrane keyboard or a touchscreen (optional). A pressure regulating valve is used to modify the peeling pressure of the blades as needed. This ensures a minimum peel loss.
There are 3 different equipment lines of the machine: Basic, Smart and Best: The "Basic" version is equipped with a membrane keyboard and a pressure control valve. The "Smart" version is also equipped with a membrane keyboard, but has 3 pressure control valves, which allow to pre-program the peeling pressure for different asparagus sorting needs. The selection of the respective asparagus diameter is made via the membrane keyboard. The "Best" version also has 3 pressure control valves and an additional touchscreen with international user guidance, which can also be used to adjust the peeling process, the transport speed and individual peeling stations.
The blades and transport rollers are fitted with a quick release system. This makes it possible to comfortably replace blades e.g. during cleaning. The machine is extremely wear-resistant, reliable and meets highest demands.
