It is a strongly foaming alkaline liquid, water-soluble cleaning agent for professional use in vegetable and food production. Due to the good foaming properties, the product adheres to surfaces for a considerable period of time. This increases the soaking time, and thus the effect. The cleaning with the specially developed cleaning agent guarantees you a germ reduction below the detection limit.
