Asparagus peeling machine
The TENRIT SOLO A / M-FWS asparagus peeling machine is the mobile version of the TENRIT SOLO A and is very popular with both market suppliers and supermarket chains. "Mobile" in this context means that only one 230V power supply and a water supply is needed for its operation. To allow autonomous operation at a market or in a supermarket, the machine is equipped in addition to the standard equipment with a low-noise compressor and an integrated water pump with automatic pump shut-off.
To meet the highest hygiene standards, the machine comes as standard with a newly developed fresh water system (FWS). Only fresh unused water is used for peeing and the asparagus is directed through a drying rack and collected in a bag or tray. A pulsed water spray minimizes water consumption and the 70 litre fresh water tank guarantees a very long peeling operation without having to refill water too often.
The supplied spray gun makes cleaning the machine much easier. In combination with the optional cleaning package, you can easily clean your machine and, thanks to the hygienic design with machine doors on the right and left side, ensure that detectable germ quantities are below the detection limit.
The other functions are identical with TENRIT SOLO A.
