TENRIT SOLO C
The TENRIT SOLO C is a vegetable peeler that peels carrots, cucumbers, radishes, salsifies and other elongated vegetables. The product is fed into the machine via a feed table or a V-belt conveyor (optional) for peeling.
The vegetables are fed through the machine by 20 pendulous transport roller pairs and peeled at 8 peeling stations with a total of 16 blades. The peeling stations are positioned in such a manner that the product is completely peeled during its movement through the machine. The transport system and peeling stations are able to optimally adapt their form to the vegetables to guarantee a perfect and reliable peeling result - even with bowed products.
The machine can be easily controlled using a membrane keyboard or a touchscreen with international user guidance (optional). A pressure regulating valve is used to modify the peeling pressure of the blades as needed. This ensures a minimum peel loss.
The blades and transport rollers are fitted with a quick release system. This makes it possible to comfortably and quickly replace blades e.g. during cleaning. The machine is extremely wear-resistant, reliable and meets the highest and industrial demands.
