TENRIT TVF

The TENRIT TVF vacuum grease filter machine filters and cleans food fats and edible oils up to 180°C.

Different sizes and designs (Tank capacities 50 L, 75 L, 100 L, 120 L) allow for an optimal solution for every application. The gentle vacuum process increases the service life of your frying fat or cooking oil by removing suspended particles and micro particles and so improving the taste of the food.

All of the contaminated fat / oil is sucked hot from the deep fryer, tilting frying pan etc. by means of suction / filling hose into the tank of the filter machine. After emptying and cleaning the fryer, the fat / oil is pumped back into the deep fryer through a filter located at the bottom of the tank using the suction / filling hose. To increase the filtration effect, the suction / filling hose can be inserted through the tank cap opening into the extracted fat / oil so that the fat / oil flows through the filter several times until the best possible filtration is achieved.

As standard, the TVF is equipped with a stainless steel permanent filter, electric motor pump and tank heater, as well as a suction and filling hose.

Daily filtering using the TENRIT TVF saves on fats, oils and energies and helps lower the labour and service costs. Through the use of filter aids, a further improvement of the filtration result is achieved.
