Tray sealing machine for asparagus, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, salsify and other vegetables
The TENRIT BS 5 is a semi-automatic tray sealing machine that packs vegetables in a controlled atmosphere. The microperforated film ensures adequate air exchange and maintains the freshness of the product.
The tray sealer has a stainless steel construction with a drawer system and a splash-proof digital precision control unit for individual adjustments of the temperature and sealing time.
The filled trays are placed in a fixture and then closed like a drawer. The compressed air system provides a secure seal.
The Teflon-coated surface of the heating plates guarantees that the sealing foil does not stick. The automatic contour trim ensure there is no film loss. After the automatic seal, the fixture is pulled out again and the sealed trays can be further processed.
